job_description.job_card.job_descriptionGreeting guests Taking orders at the register Promoting our Stand App so our guests can get rewards Cashiering Running orders to guests Keeping the restaurant clean and organized Baking cookies and brownies Portioning sauces and our amazing pickles Following all cash management and cash register policies and ensuring proper cash management practices are followed Effective communication skills, both oral and written Preparing food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner Following recipes and presentation specifications Ability to use restaurant tools and equipment Cleaning and maintaining restaurants by practicing good safety and sanitation Must be 21 years of age or older Frequent walking and standing for long periods of time Ability to reach hands and arms in any direction and kneel and stoop repeatedly Repetitive bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching Repetitive use of hands, including single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling Occasionally access high storage shelving with the use of a step ladder Lift and carry up to 35 lbs. Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals Exposure to varying temperatures, including freezers, refrigerators, indoor air conditioning and outdoor / patio conditions Shift : 11AM-5PM. The Stand Restaurants is a fast-casual dining restaurant with 20 locations across Orange County, Los Angeles, and Houston Texas. We are growing fast, with plans to open 3-4 new locations per year. No restaurant experience is required! All you need is your smile and a great attitude and we'll teach you the rest.
