We are seeking a Veterinary Services Associate who will play a key role in supporting our commercial and scientific initiatives by helping strengthen client relationships, coordinating field trials and palatability studies, and ensuring the smooth delivery of product samples to our customers. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about companion animal health and interested in working at the intersection of veterinary science and product innovation.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time, in-person role based at our facility in Melbourne, Florida — a clean, climate-controlled environment. Remote work is not available for this position.

Customary Work Hours : 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7 : 00am to 3 : 30pm.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer and other members of the team to build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Support the planning and execution of speaking engagements at scientific conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Assist in the design, coordination, and analysis of field trials and palatability studies for companion animals.
  • Maintain and update client contact records and internal customer databases.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s product portfolio and its applications.
  • Take primary responsibility for preparing and shipping product samples to prospective and existing customers. Coordinate with the QA / QC Manager and Product Development Director throughout the process.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams on strategic and operational projects.

  • Qualifications

    Education & Experience

  • Associate’s (2 years) or Bachelor’s (4 years) degree in Animal Science, Biology, or a related scientific field.
  • Experience in the veterinary, pharmaceutical, or animal health industry is preferred.
  • Language Skills

  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
  • Other Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM is required. Ability to navigate digital tools and maintain accurate records in cloud-based systems.
