• Reason for Coverage : New program
• Coverage Timeframe Needed : Open ended
• Shift Amount available / Shift Time : 24hr shifts
• Expected patients per day : 5-8
• Estimated Hospital Deliveries for Hospitalists : TBD
• NICU Level : 1
• MFM on site? : No, but have consult
• ANES on site : TBD
• Hospitalists to Provide GYN Coverage : No
• Hospitalists Required to Perform Circumcisions : No
• Hospitalists Needed for First Assist : Yes
• First Assist Available to the Hospitalists : Yes
• Hospitalists to Backup Midwives : No
• Backup Available to the Hospitalists : Yes
• Job Setting : Inpatient
