Role Purpose :

As Global Repair Service Manager, you will be accountable for driving the repair business across our global network of service centres for the assigned product lines. This includes full shadow P&L ownership of repair operations globally, execution of growth strategies, and ensuring standardization, pricing integrity, and alignment with our go-to-market approach. You will work closely with regional teams and business lines to develop, grow, and transform the repair offering into a scalable, customer-focused, and value-adding solution.

This role is pivotal to FLSmidths aftermarket strategy and a key contributor to transforming our repair services from transactional support to long-term customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities :

🔧 Business Ownership & Growth

• Global ownership of the service centre repair portfolio for designated equipment / product lines.
• Develop and execute a global strategy to scale the repair business, including identifying high-potential markets and segments.
• Define and implement go-to-market strategies with local and regional teams.
• Lead business model transformation towards more predictive and partnership-based service offerings.
• Drive market penetration efforts, jointly with regional sales teams, with targeted campaigns and account strategies.
