Role Overview

As Restaurant General Manager, you'll deliver exceptional guest experiences while leading a diverse culinary team. Your responsibilities include front-line guest engagement, sales analysis for maximum profitability, and maintaining rigorous standards for safety, cleanliness, and organization.

Key Responsibilities

We serve delicious, high-quality food that keeps guests coming back. To achieve this, you'll :

  • Build, lead, and develop a dynamic, diverse team
  • Engage directly with guests to create memorable experiences
  • Work hands-on with your team on the service line
  • Analyze sales data and control expenses, payroll, and inventory
  • Apply exceptional attention to detail in safety, cleanliness, and organization

    • Required Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of restaurant management experience
  • Proficiency in financial management, including P&Ls and cost of goods sold
  • Valid food handler certification
