Key Responsibilities
Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program
Document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances accurately
Maintain proficiency in technical and program policy related to NJ Family Care rules and guidelines
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
Basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Background and drug screening required
Willingness to work with people of diverse backgrounds
