VP of Finance Consultant

Overview

Finance Director Consultant role at RGP. The position reports to the CFO and provides analytical, operational, and strategic support during a key transition period. It is suited for a hands-on finance professional who can manage budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis while contributing to capital and strategic planning. Collaboration will be with the CFO, Controller, and CEO to ensure the finance function runs smoothly and efficiently.

What you will work on

• Assist the CFO with annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Build and maintain Excel-based financial models to analyze performance and trends.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports with actionable insights for leadership.
• Support capital planning, scenario analysis, and performance tracking.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
• Provide backup support for finance operations and help streamline workflows.
• Contribute to the bank's strategic and operational initiatives with a problem-solving mindset.
