Location : 12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158 . Help run the show at Uline’s in-house photo studio. As Junior Studio Production Coordinator, you’ll be behind the scenes making sure every photo and video shoot is a success — from scheduling talent and prepping products to keeping the team on track.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate photo and video shoots from start to finish, keeping them organized and on schedule.
  • Schedule shoots, book models, and ensure products or props required for the shoot are ready on time.
  • Communicate with teams by phone and email to keep projects moving.
  • Run products between the corporate office and studio as needed.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Relevant experience in a photography studio or corporate advertising / communications.
  • Working knowledge of Digital Asset Management and workflow systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
