New York Licensed Senior Legal Counsel

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements and provide legal advice to internal stakeholders

Lead the development and management of contract systems and templates

Provide legal support across multiple jurisdictions, advising on governance, compliance, and privacy matters

Required Qualifications

US-qualified lawyer with 6-9 years PQE

Licensed in New York and / or California (preferred)

Significant in-house experience in technology, SaaS, or healthcare sectors

Prior training at a top-tier or international law firm

Strong track record in technology transactions and knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks
