Job Title : CNC Machinist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our fast-paced shop environment. You will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts, interpreting blueprints and GD&T, and ensuring equipment maintenance while achieving production goals.

Responsibilities

• Interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications.
• Set up CNC machines, including mills and lathes, input instructions, and prove programs.
• Load workpieces and verify machine settings.
• Monitor operations, inspect parts, and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with the programming team and maintain tool integrity.
• Ensure traceability and meet cycle time, quantity, and quality targets.
• Perform additional tasks such as forging, EDM, and manual lathe operations as needed.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albany, Oregon.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $36.00 / hr.
