About the Role

Join a team that believes in possibility, not limitation. • Help keep the facility “tour-ready”—safe, clean, and welcoming
  • Collaborate with clinicians and providers to deliver wraparound care

We’re looking for individuals who embody integrity, curiosity, and heart — people who are proactive, adaptable, and mission-driven.

At HBH, adaptability is essential. We’re a mission-driven team that constantly improves. “This is how we’ve always done it” isn’t part of our vocabulary — we’re always learning, iterating, and building better ways to serve our clients.

  • Clear communicator who values candid, supportive feedback
  • Calm, reliable, and steady in fast-paced situations
  • Organized, dependable, and fully present for clients

  • Employer-paid health insurance after the probationary period
  • Optional vision and dental insurance (employee-paid)
  • PTO and 11 paid federal holidays
  • Professional development support and opportunities for advancement
  • Supportive culture where feedback, growth, and purpose are part of everyday life
  • Schedule

  • Full-time, 8-hour day shifts
