About the Role
Join a team that believes in possibility, not limitation. At Harbor Behavioral Health, we empower adults with severe mental illness through daily therapeutic rehabilitation that builds dignity, independence, and hope. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a TRP Specialist — a Behavioral Health Professional who brings compassion, accountability, and initiative to every interaction.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily group sessions on self-care, emotional regulation, community engagement, and job skills
- Support clients with discretion and compassion during hygiene-related needs
- Drive clients between personal care homes and our program (up to 4 hours / day in a company vehicle)
- Document client participation and progress with accuracy and clarity
- Help keep the facility “tour-ready”—safe, clean, and welcoming
- Collaborate with clinicians and providers to deliver wraparound care
