Overview
We're seeking a motivated Paid Advertising Specialist to join our Digital Fusion team in a professional role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on campaign management. This exempt-level position offers an exceptional opportunity to exercise independent judgment while supporting brands and their channel partners achieve local market success through data-driven digital marketing strategies.
Under the guidance of the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across search, social, and streaming platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and engage directly with clients to understand goals, present performance insights, and recommend campaign enhancements. Your role will also include performance analysis, creative testing, and workflow improvements to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Launch and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms.
Optimize campaigns to improve key performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROI.Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.Social Media & Streaming Radio AdvertisingBuild and monitor social advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn.
Test ad creatives and targeting strategies to enhance engagement and conversion.Assist with the production and placement of streaming radio ads, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.Performance Analysis & ReportingGenerate detailed campaign performance reports and dashboards.
Translate data into actionable insights to inform internal teams and client strategies.Monitor trend and identify opportunities for campaign involvement.Online Reputation Management (ORM)Use tools like Bright Local or Yext to manage client reputation, respond to alerts, and adjust content as needed.
Ensure ORM efforts align with broader marketing goals.Workflow & Process OptimizationIdentify opportunities to streamline campaign workflows through automation and improved processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance reporting tools and data usability.Client Relationship & Account ManagementAct as main ponit of contact for assigned client accounts, managing relationships with both brand clients and their channel partners.
Analyze campaign performance and market trends to make independent recommendations for campaign optimization, budget reallocation, and strategic direction.Participate in client calls, present performance reports, and facilitate strategic discussions about campaign direction and outcomes.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
