The Lead Technician at ServiceMaster Elite Restore works with the Project Manager to oversee restoration projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role involves leading a team of technicians, managing project timelines, and maintaining compliance with safety and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Management : Helps Project Manager with restoration projects from start to finish, including assessment, planning, and execution. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance and training to enhance skills and performance.
• Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact to the Project Manager, addressing inquiries and providing updates on project status.
• Technical Expertise : Perform restoration and mitigation tasks, including water damage restoration, fire damage cleanup, mold remediation, and other related services.
• Quality Control : Work alongside the Project Manager to ensure all work meets company standards and industry regulations. Conduct inspections to verify the quality of work performed.
• Inventory Management : Manage inventory of equipment and supplies, ensuring all necessary materials are on hand for projects.
• Safety Compliance : Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all team members adhere to safety regulations and practices.
• Reporting : Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and any issues encountered. Provide regular updates to management.
