Job Summary - Join our North Market bakery team in crafting our laminated and yeasted dough pastries. As part of Littletons Market, youll be helping supply our Upper Arlington and our downtown locations. The ideal candidate will have experience with laminated and yeasted doughs, but we are willing to train the right candidate if they have baking experience.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for morning shift (3-4 a.m. arrival) baking and finishing lamination, cookie, and scone programs
• Able to function independently in a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications :

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic
• Team player, able to move quickly on your feet
• Ability to stand / walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Baking experience required
• Lamination and yeasted dough experience preferred
