In this role, you'll provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. No dialysis experience required—just a commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.\n\nResponsibilities : \n

• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting\n
• Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes\n
• Must be comfortable working around blood and needles\n
• Physical and mental ability to work long hours ( shifts are 12+ hours Monday- Saturday) on your feet so wear comfortable shoes! Our work ends when it's safe for our patients.\n
• Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory as needed\n
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians\n
• Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options\n
• Float to nearby clinics as needed; flexible schedule required\n\nWhat to Expect : \n
• Fast-paced, hands-on environment\n
• Long-term patient relationships\n
• Broad nursing skill application with medically complex patients\n
• Paid training is provided\n\nSchedule : \n
• Typical Shift : Monday -Saturday. Shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays\n
• Training may occur at a nearby clinic within the region other than your home clinic.\n\nQualifications : \n
• RN license in the state of practice\n
• ADN required; BSN preferred\n
• Basic computer proficiency\n
• Reliable transportation for potential floating\n\nPreferred (Not Required)\n
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg\n
