Site Operations Engineer – TS / SCI + CI Poly

Full-Time | Training + Certification Provided

We're hiring a Site Operations Engineer to support 24 / 7 operations of a mission-critical national security system. This role includes a 20-week training program followed by System Controller certification.

Key Highlights :

Support real-time operations of complex defense systems

Troubleshoot and recover live system anomalies

Develop CONOPS, automation scripts, and operational products

Monitor / trend data to maximize system health and mission availability

Work in a collaborative, badge-less team environment

Requirements :

Active TS / SCI with CI Poly (required Day 1)

Bachelor's + 4 years experience OR 12 years in lieu of degree

Experience in 24 / 7 operational environments

Strong Linux and scripting (Perl, Matlab, Bash) skills

Willingness to work 12-hour shifts
