We are seeking a Bell Attendant to join our outstanding team.
Our Bell Attendants are responsible for greeting all guests upon arrival at the hotel and welcoming them with our Woodside Spirit of caring, warm and genuine hospitality. Duties include transporting luggage to guest rooms, informing guests of all hotel service and features and creating a memorable welcome and departure experience, while ensuring the Hotel's high standards of quality are consistently met.
Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by the Hotel from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Associates with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, associates may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
Upon employment, all associates are required to fully comply with the hotel rules and regulations for the safe and efficient operation of the facility.

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities. High school diploma is preferred. Previous hospitality experience is preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must have a valid California Driver License and a good driving record. CPR certification preferred.

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand and talk or hear. The associate frequently is required to walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The associate must regularly lift and / or move up to 75 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 75 pounds.

PAY SCALE
The pay scale for this position is $18.00 per hour plus gratuity. This is the pay range for this position that the Hotel reasonably expects to pay.
