Overview
Account Strategist, LinkedIn Advertising (Remote US) role at Abe. Abe is a specialized consultancy focused on social media advertising, helping clients leverage LinkedIn, Meta, and more to reach, engage, and convert target audiences. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a key part of the social media team. This position offers a ground-floor opportunity in a fast-growing specialty agency.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts
- Serve as direct support to client contacts
- Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to align tasks, ensure quality, and identify improvements
- Build strategies for clients each quarter
- Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
- Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
- Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
- Be responsible for personal productivity and utilization
- Collaborate with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals
- Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns
- Drive cross-sells, upsells, and referrals via client relationships and networks
- Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI
What You Offer (Qualifications)
2+ years experience at a performance / digital marketing agency with hands-on support for B2B clientsDeep expertise across paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn AdsUnderstanding of LinkedIn Ad Units (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV, and more)Proficiency with advertising platforms / tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6sense, and moreStrong Paid media principles : keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, campaign optimizationAbility to analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics / GA4 / Excel to make data-driven decisionsAbility to drive results and measure via OCTExperience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accountsAbility to translate strategy into data-driven storytellingProblem-solving mindset; curious and competitiveWillingness to stay on the cutting edge of the industry and share learningsOrganization, prioritization, and multi-project management skillsQuality-focused with a balanced perspective on advertisingAbility to travel to visit clients approximately once per year, as neededWhat Success Looks Like

Remote-first company; eligible to work from anywhere in the US with optional Abe offices in Irvine, CA. Global opportunities may be available in certain locations. You must have work authorization for the location and reside there permanently for global postings.
This role operates 100% virtually from home with collaboration via Zoom and Slack. A laptop and necessary software / tools are provided.
