The Opportunity :

We are looking for an experienced Construction Professional to join our highly respected forensic consulting team. In this role, you will be the critical link between the field and the facts. You will conduct construction defect investigations, analyze complex design and construction challenges, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with our forensic architects and testifying experts to help resolve significant disputes.

What You'll Do :

• Conduct meticulous on-site investigations to identify the root cause of construction defects and failures.
• Analyze construction documents, building codes, and industry standards to support expert analysis.
• Collaborate closely with our forensic architecture team and clients to develop case strategies.
• Assist in drafting clear, concise, and defensible reports used in mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
• Critically monitor and evaluate completed work, comparing as-built conditions to design and specifications.
