About The Role

What You'll Do and Who You'll Work With :

Reporting directly to the Director of Electrical Engineering, the Principal Engineer will be responsible for :

• Electrical engineering design aspects of capital projects, facility upgrades
• Electrical design support for Planned outages, and design requirements related to equipment troubleshooting
• Business development / expansion projects at various operating facilities

This position will also lead, manage and execute multiple electrical projects / programs in the network. The Engineer will provide subject matter expertise and lead cross functional teams while driving technical standardization as a guardian of certain Electrical Design Standards for Reworld. Acting as a potential mentor for more junior members of the team, the Engineer will share best practices and technical expertise. This is a unique opportunity to work across stakeholders and groups, with high visibility in the organization and will have direct, tangible impact on our success. You will also act as a primary Electrical Engineering SME to the business.

Location / Travel : Preferred location for this role is at our Florham Park, NJ Headquarters. This position requires close collaboration with corporate functions and facilities and will include ~20% travel across the network. Travel to Domestic locations as well as Low-Cost-Countries (LCC) such as China, may be required. A remote work option is available with some additional travel to Florham Park and across the network. The compensation would vary depending on the location.
