- Base Salary range 90k - 115k (based on experience)

Collaborate with the sales teamProvide technical expertise and support during the sales cycleMeet with clients (onsite, video, phone)Identifying clients needsDesign and present tailored solutionsBridge the gap between the technical and sales teams, ensuring client needs are fully understood and met with the appropriate solutions.Ensure a smooth handoff to the service delivery team during the transition from from pre-sales to onboardingDocumentationProvide excellent customer serviceHave FunSkills & Experience
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (networking, servers, virtualization, cloud, firewalls, and backup solutions).Tier 3 Advanced Support SkillsAD management, Server upgrades, MS Exchange supportO365, Azure, VMware, SQL, DNS, DHCP, etc.ConnectWise RMM, PSA, CPQFamiliarity with cybersecurity best practices and tools (EDR, MFA, security audits)Presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.2 years or more experience in managed servicesStability and proven success in current and previous position(s)Customer first mindset
