To support the continued delivery of quality and compassionate care in our communities, we are offering a retention bonus of $3,000 for Medical Assistants and an additional $3,000 for Nurses.
This is a full-time, benefit eligible position. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm. The candidate will travel between locations in Arnold, Festus, Hillsboro and High Ridge as needed for coverage.
The Medical Assistant / Nurse LPN is part of the person-centered integrated care team and establishes and maintains effective, professional working relationships with patients and their representatives and with medical staff. The Medical Assistant upholds all guidelines set forth in the clinic, maintains strict patient confidentiality, accepts and upholds patient service and satisfaction and assists practitioners and physicians in delivering health care services.

Medical Assistant Certification preferred
Must qualify under (at least) one of the below :
Five (5) or more years experience as a medical assistant
Ten (10) or more years experience as a medical assistant
At least two (2) years' experience as a licensed practical nurse in providing medical nursing treatment to individuals treated in a primary health care setting preferred
