  • Regularly engage with enterprise customers, prospects, and industry analysts to gather insights, validate roadmap decisions, and position Transcend as a thought leader in privacy and consent best practices.
  • Work with the Customer Experience team and our customers directly to gather feedback and incorporate it into product development.
  • Define and measure outcomes that tie product adoption and consent accuracy improvements to customer value and revenue impact.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch, including requirement gathering, prioritization, acceptance criteria and product development, ensuring timely and high quality releases.
  • Present product strategies and plans to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Deep knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CPRA, etc.) and consent management best practices.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B or privacy-focused products.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
