As a Communication Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with inquiries and facilitating effective communication between our company and its stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via various communication channels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in the development of communication strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback to help improve services.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and brainstorm solutions to communication challenges.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with social media platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
