We are seeking a skilled HVAC / R Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and installations of commercial heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems. These systems include, but are not limited to, ice machines, walk-in and reach-in coolers / freezers, rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, air handlers, exhaust fans, make-up air fans, and HVAC / R controls.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of electrical systems as they relate to commercial HVAC / R equipment and controls, with the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
HVAC / R Technician Responsibilities :
- Perform installation, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of HVAC / R systems.
- Conduct regular maintenance and ensure optimal functioning of heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with peers, management, and customers to ensure job completion and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in on-call rotations to handle emergency service calls.
