COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Hematology / Oncology (HEM / ONC) Salary : $550K -$575K+ production incentive offered year two Sign on bonus : $25K $200K Student educational assistance directly from hospital - Guaranteed. Relocation : Paid 6 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) CME + $4,000 Malpractice paid, claims made, insurance coverage Great benefits and Retirement plan - benefit book available RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Hematology / Oncology (HEM / ONC) M-F 8am-4 : 30pm No call / no weekends Patients per day (15-20, this includes new patients of 1-3 week) Patient base Adult / Geriatric 40% Hematology patients / 60% Oncology patients Treating : Anemias, Hemochromatosis, ITP + 1 bed infusion center : Adults for all issues, not just Oncology Infusion medications for supportive care in pregnancy, MS, Chrons, Anemia, Osteoporosis, IVIG, RA + Well trained staff with team approach to care. Support staff, RNs, LPNs QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Hematology / Oncology (HEM / ONC) 5+ years in practice preferable BC COMMUNITY Hematology / Oncology (HEM / ONC) Located less than 40 minutes from Toledo, OH and 1.5 hours from Detroit, MI Choose to live in thecity, suburban, or rural lifestyle -all with a lower cost of living.
