Ibukun Comprehensive Community Services is seeking a licensed, trauma-informed Clinical Director to lead therapeutic programming and clinical operations at our therapeutic group homes for youth. This role is ideal for a seasoned clinician with a passion for trauma-focused care, Medicaid compliance, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
Supervise therapists and case managers, including monthly clinical supervisionsOversee individual and group therapy services and ensure documentation meets agency and state standardsManage clinical documentation including IM CANS, behavior plans, discharge summaries, and treatment notesCollaborate with medical staff and external partners on medication protocols and psychiatric careProvide training and technical assistance to clinical and case management teamsEnsure compliance with IMCANS, REDCap, SACWIS, Monitoring Tools, and other regulatory tools and complianceRepresent the clinical team in interdisciplinary meetings, staffings, and central matchingLead monthly group supervision and maintain Medicaid billing documentation standardsParticipate in the multi-disciplinary referral and intake processQualifications
o Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
o Active Illinois licensure (LCSW, LCPC, or equivalent)
o 35 years of clinical leadership experience, preferably in residential or therapeutic settings
o Proficiency in Medicaid billing and trauma-informed care
o Strong communication, organizational, and mentorship skill
o Must pass DCFS fingerprint background check
o Valid Illinois drivers license required
