Salary : $60,000 - $85,000 per year

Join a mission-driven general contractor specializing in affordable housing / multifamily construction. This is a great opportunity for a Project Engineer who is looking to grow at a small / medium sized general contractor. Here you will be responsible for developing project budgets, scopes of work, and managing subcontractor outreach. Job Details

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in project engineering, site engineering, RFI's, and punch lists preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to be onsite regularly and adapt to varying field conditions.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
