Apply now for immediate consideration! Key Responsibilities Surface Preparation : Clean and prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, sanding, and applying primers as necessary. Painting and Coating : Apply paint using Spray techniques Mixing Paints : Select and mix appropriate paints and coatings to achieve desired colors and finishes, ensuring compliance with specifications. Equipment Maintenance : Maintain and operate painting equipment, ensuring it is in good working order and safe to use. Quality Control : Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications, making adjustments as needed. Safety Compliance : Follow all safety guidelines and regulations, using personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensuring a safe work environment. Skills and Qualifications Experience : Previous experience in painting, particularly in an industrial or manufacturing environment Technical Skills : Proficiency with various painting tools and techniques, as well as knowledge of safety practices related to painting and coatings. Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishes and adherence to specifications. Physical Stamina : Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for long periods, lifting heavy materials, and working in various positions. Warehouse is HOT, not temperature control. Training Hours- Monday-Friday 6am-4 : 30pm and 6am-noon on Saturday
