Description :

You will be a key member of the Sustainment Operations Program Office team, supporting multiple concurrent task orders and contracts. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional cost, quality, and schedule performance, and you will play a critical role in achieving these goals.

What You Will Be Doing

As a representative of the Sustainment Operations Program Office, you will work closely with Program Managers to drive program success. You will be responsible for managing integrated master schedules, contract deliverables, risk, and program performance metrics, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.

  • Supporting FMS Program Managers with presentation development and communications
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure contractual requirements are met on schedule and within cost targets
  • Interfacing between the Program Office and Functional teams to achieve program goals
  • Making recommendations to Program Managers on cost, quality, and schedule
  • Coordinating with customers and internal teams to establish milestones and monitor progress
  • Participating in cost estimate development, issue analysis, and solution implementation
  • Analyzing customer material readiness using ERP data to inform strategic decisions
  • Participating in various boards, including Configuration Control, Failure Review, Risk and Opportunity, and Corrective Action

This position is in Grand Prairie, TX.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Basic Qualifications

  • Record of utilizing the Full Spectrum Leadership (FSL) model in executing responsibilities

  • Formal presentation skills; ability to produce presentation materials appropriate to the audience
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodology

  • Proven resource management – people, material, and time
  • Project management skillsets, including leadership, effective communication, planning / organization, risk management, and financial acumen
  • PAC-3 Missile Segment system knowledge
  • Experience in both a repair depot and a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with various contract types and requirements development
  • Proven customer relationship skills and previous experience with USG agencies, specifically SHIELD and DCMA
  • Experience applying Control Account Management (CAM) and EVMS methodologies
  • Familiarity with OASAS, ERP tool SAP (PRD and MRO) or similar databases

    • Security Clearance Statement : This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

    Ability to Work Remotely : Part-time Remote Telework : The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

    Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

    Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
