Responsibilities :

  • Oversee loading / unloading of freight, manage shipping documents and records
  • Perform quality checks on freight for accuracy and condition
  • Conduct daily inventory cycle counts and replenish critical spare parts
  • Process return shipments using warehouse management systems
  • Place server racks using laser measuring devices with high accuracy
  • Install electronic components and cabling in server racks following diagrams
  • Install rack hardware with various tools
  • Operate material handling equipment such as stackers and pallet jacks
  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and 5S standards in the work area

  • Attention to detail and quality focus
  • Flexibility and cross-training in multiple departments
  • Effective delegation and coaching skills

    • Required Skills and Experience :

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships on-site
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills for decision-making
  • Computer proficiency
  • Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge protocols
  • 3-5 years of related experience
