Order Entry & Customer Service Specialist (Excel & Reporting Focus)
Location : Novato, CA (On-site during training; hybrid schedule available afterward — 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Schedule : Full-time, Monday–Friday (40 hours per week)
Assignment : 3-month temporary position
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry & Customer Service Specialist to support the order processing and reporting functions of a fast-paced operations team. This individual will be responsible for managing purchase and sales orders, providing exceptional customer service, and producing accurate Excel-based reports to support internal and external partners.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, thrives in a multitasking environment, and is confident using Excel to analyze and present information clearly.
