About the role
Blend scheduled appointments with targeted canvassing; present side-by-side savings and close on the doorstep.
What you’ll do
Canvass assigned neighborhoods; meet prequalified leads.
Brief needs check; close & schedule on site.
Log after each block; confirm installs when possible.
Clean handoffs to activation; weekly coaching & planning.
What you’ll bring
Strong in-person communication; resilience.
Coachable; scripts / objections; repeatable cadence.
Flexible hours incl. some evenings / weekends.
License, reliable car, smartphone with data; U.S. work authorization.
Comp & growth
Commission-based , paid training bonus , uncapped commissions + weekly / monthly bonuses.
OTE $40,000–$60,000+ ; path to Team Lead / MiT .
