Excel Reporting & Dashboard Analyst

Overview

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an Excel Reporting & Dashboard Analyst for a healthcare client to support the Finance and HR teams. This role involves building and maintaining Excel-based dashboards and reports , consolidating data from multiple systems to provide actionable insights.

Location : Plano, Texas (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite)

Contract : 2–3 months (Contract Only)

Pay Rate : $30–$40 / hour

Start : ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain advanced Excel dashboards and reports from HR and Finance data sources (Paycom, Relias, ATS).
• Automate reporting workflows using IF / THEN logic, macros, VLOOKUP, INDEX / MATCH, and nested formulas
• Develop dashboards and scorecards covering headcount, training compliance, turnover, labor costs , and other HR metrics.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple sources.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations to customize reporting tools.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis for leadership as needed.
