Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end creative strategy for Meta-first campaigns, including UGC and iterations
Analyze campaign results to identify top-performing creative and guide future iterations
Manage relationships with creative partners to ensure timely delivery of on-brand assets
Required Qualifications
Proven experience building creative strategy for a DTC brand or agency
Deep understanding of Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts creative best practices
Strong analytical mindset fluent in key metrics such as CTR, hook rate, MER, and ROAS
Skilled in briefing and managing UGC creators and media teams
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
