Manager, Space Planning Farm Products

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Manager of Space Planning to lead the merchandising strategy for the Farm Products category. This role will oversee planogram development, floor layouts, signage, fixtures, and in-store execution. Youll lead a team of Space Planners and collaborate cross-functionally with Buying, Store Operations, Marketing, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead planogram, floor planning, and visual merchandising strategies
  • Manage and develop a small team of Space Planners
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on category goals
  • Drive system improvements, including Blue Yonder / JDA upgrades
  • Ensure timely, accurate in-store execution
  • Present business cases for resets and category expansions

Qualifications :

  • 7+ years of retail experience, including 5+ years in space planning
  • Experience with Blue Yonder / JDA Category Management Suite
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Background in hardgoods or rural product merchandising preferred
