The Quality Control Technician, under direct supervision,

is involved in assuring that the final assembly, configuration, and inspection

of product meets required customer and regulatory specifications.

Key Tasks

Serves as an internal source of

final configuration, quality inspection, testing, compliance, and

production expertise; ensures product meets internal quality

specifications prior to shipping.

Inspects final configuration work

to ensure compliance with contract requirements, schedules, and

construction specifications.

Verifies that the functional mechanical

and electronic capabilities of each chair meet the requirements of the

sale order and quality standards.

Uses acquired technical skill and

product knowledge to determine the products compliance to quality

standards and regulatory requirements. Troubleshoots any mechanical and

electronic non-conforming aspects of the product and recommends needed

repair.

Maintains an organized and safe

environment in the warehouse and works closely with Quality Control.

Performs miscellaneous job-related

duties as assigned.

Your Background

Two or

more years of experience building Permobil products is required.

High

school diploma or equivalent and related experience required.

Other

qualifications or experiences.
