Licensed Senior Commercial Counsel

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including supply and services agreements

Advise cross-functional teams on legal risks and strategies related to contracts

Manage outside counsel and assist with the contracting process and policy implementation

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school

Active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction

10+ years of experience in law practice, either in-house or at a law firm

Experience with drafting and negotiating commercial and information security agreements

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
