Role Description

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Cory Pack - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Responsibilities include providing information about insurance products and services, assisting customers with policy applications and renewals, handling customer inquiries and providing timely responses, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

Communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented and able to multitask, experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation : $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
