HEDIS Quality Improvement Analyst

PowerBI and SQL experience highly preferred.

MST or AZ Time Preferred.

Position Purpose : Perform ongoing measurement, analysis, and monitoring of business process and member outcomes data sets.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing quantitative and statistical analysis of performance data to include HEDIS measures, service utilization and member / provider complaint trends
• Develop HEDIS measures, service utilization and all quality report extraction specifications
• Develop and update quarterly, annual and ad hoc reports including analysis and narrative for NCQA accreditation and Health Plan deliverables
• Perform other performance and process improvement activities as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards

Qualifications

Education / Experience : Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Management, Social Work, Biostatistics, or related field. 2+ years of performance and statistical analysis or quality improvement experience. Experience in public sector managed care / managed behavioral health care preferred. Experience with standard statistics software preferred.

License / Certification : Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred.

Pay Range : $55,100.00 - $99,000.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
