Our Kelly Education Sr. Sales Consultant is accountable for :

• Prospecting, developing, and securing new business relationships, focusing on educational institutions and school districts.
• Leading the sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Developing customized staffing solutions that address the unique needs of schools and educational clients.
• Presenting and demonstrating Kelly Education's services, staffing solutions, and value propositions to potential clients.
• Building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with decision-makers in schools, districts, and educational organizations.
• Collaborating with internal teams (recruiting, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
