As a Training and Development Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping our team's growth by designing and delivering impactful training programs that ensure our team members have the skills needed to excel in their roles and provide exceptional service. Reporting to the Engagement and Development Manager, you'll identify skill gaps, collaborate with departments, and implement training solutions that drive both individual and organizational success.

What You'll Do :

• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning objectives.
• Design and update training materials, including guides, flowcharts, and eLearning content.
• Partner with subject matter experts to ensure training accuracy and relevance.
• Develop assessment criteria to measure learning outcomes and impact.
• Deliver training in various formats, from in-person sessions to online courses.
• Manage training logistics, from scheduling to communications, ensuring smooth operations.
• Collaborate with external vendors and career development specialists to optimize programs for current and future leaders.
