A company is looking for a K-12 Student Software Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities :
Learn and support CIC's student management software products
Resolve an average of 10-15 support calls daily with quick response and resolution times
Ensure timely handling of customer support calls and minimize escalations to external resources
Required Qualifications :
Experience in education or a related field
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Capacity to manage multiple support calls under pressure
Familiarity with software troubleshooting and customer support processes
Must reside in CO, IA, IL, KS, MO, NE, or WY
