The Group Home Manager will play a crucial role in the supervision and oversight of Peace River Center's Group Home, prioritizing the residents' health, safety, and well-being. An important aspect of this role involves actively participating in the screening of potential new residents to ensure appropriateness and assisting in the discharge process for outgoing residents. Above all, the Group Home Manager will be tasked with fostering a strong culture of support, focused on promoting growth and independence for the residents.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in human services field from an accredited College or University; 3 years experience in the mental health related field; previous supervisory experience preferred.
