A company is looking for a Director of Sales Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute the sales and customer support center analytics roadmap to enhance performance
Build and maintain SQL- and Python-based models to improve lead conversion and agent productivity
Develop dashboards and reports to visualize key KPIs and deliver actionable insights for sales strategy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
10+ years of experience in analytics, sales strategy, or operations, with 4-5 years in a leadership role
Deep experience in customer support center analytics, including funnel optimization
Strong technical proficiency in SQL and Python for analyzing large datasets
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and BI tools such as Tableau, Sigma, or Power BI
