This is a full-time, day-shift position with starting pay at $18+ / hour and opportunities for pay increases based on performance. Benefits package included after a successful probationary period.

Key Duties :

• Help with machine setup, tooling adjustments, and basic equipment maintenance as directed by the production team.
• Perform heavy lifting and keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Work alongside maintenance personnel to complete minor repairs or assist during changeovers.
• Maintain accuracy with inventory and material usage records as needed.
