A contract opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in school health care, focused on providing one-to-one support to an elementary student. This role is based in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, and is offered as a contracted assignment for the current school year.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver direct, individualized nursing care to an elementary school student.
• Monitor and manage student health needs following a care plan developed in collaboration with healthcare providers, parents, and school staff.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Maintain detailed and accurate health records and documentation.
• municate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families to support student well-being and academic success.
• Respond promptly to health emergencies and provide appropriate care.
