Yes, RNs in the NICU and other ancillary staff as needed, but no other NNPs Describe Support Staff : Neonatologist present during the day and on call available 24 hours otherwise Number of Exam Rooms : 16 bed unit Average Number of Admissions Per Day : 0-2 average per shift Total Number of Beds : 16 bed NICU unit coverage with coverage for well baby problems only during nightshift NICU Level : Level III Is the Locum Tenens Physician Required to Attend C-Sections? Yes Is the Locum Tenens Physician Required to Cover the Level I (Well-Baby) Nursery? Yes Is the Locum Tenens Physician Required to Transfer Neonates? No Describe Referral / Transfer Protocol : No transport requirement with this position. Regional center with Level IV NICU is only about 5 mins away and they manage all transports in the region.
