Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
About the Role :
We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual services to K12 students across Minnesota. This part-time, 25-hour-per-week role is designed for an SLP who wants the flexibility of remote work while still having a consistent schedule supporting students communication needs.
What Youll Do :
Provide virtual speech and language therapy sessions to K12 students
Conduct assessments, write reports, and support IEP development
Create and implement individualized therapy plans to address each students needs
Track progress and maintain accurate documentation within required timelines
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support skill carryover in daily settings
Attend virtual IEP meetings and team discussions as needed
Ensure compliance with Minnesota state, district, and federal regulations
What You Bring :
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Minnesota SLP license (ASHA CCCs preferred)
School-based experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with IEP processes, progress monitoring, and compliance
Comfort using digital therapy tools and teletherapy platforms
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
Reliable internet connection and a professional home workspace
