A company is looking for an IT Support Administrator to provide advanced technical support and systems administration in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 support issues
Coordinate troubleshooting, incident response, and service improvements with the Managed Service Provider
Provision and configure user accounts, devices, and applications across various platforms
Required Qualifications
5+ years of IT support experience, including Level 3 or senior support responsibilities
Proven experience working with and coordinating tasks through a Managed Service Provider
Strong technical proficiency in Google Workspace and / or Microsoft 365 administration
Solid understanding of network fundamentals, security protocols, and endpoint compliance
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
